Chapter Philanthropy

Philanthropy is an aspect of fraternal life that we, the ladies of Phi Mu, hold especially close to our hearts. Our pairing with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals greatly inspires each of us to give back not only monetarily through campus-wide events but also allows us to foster a close and personal connection with our carnival themed hospital visits. Not only do we strive to serve Children's, but we also love to give back to the Lincoln community. In the past, we have benefitted Open Shelf, funded breast cancer research, participated in The Big Event on campus, and are very proud to announce that we have been the top fundraising organization for Dance Marathon over the past three years and the top fundraising team for the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk.

Spring Philanthropy --
This year we will be hosting Grill and Chill with Phi Mu at our chapter house right here on campus as our spring philanthropy. All of the proceeds will benefit the Omaha Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

Fall Philanthropy --
In the fall semester, Phi Mu will be hosting Chicken and Waffles. Again, all of the proceeds will directly benefit the Children's hospital in Omaha. This event is especially important to us, as we pair with a fraternity on campus to even further or passion for giving back and Greek unity.
